First things first, LOOK AT THAT COVER! Sorry, got that all out. I admit the cover and the title where the two reasons I bought this book. At the time I had read the Masters of Menage series she co-writes with Shayla Black, but a lot of times it's hard to tell who's voice you are reading at one time or another. I didn't know either that she was Sophie Oak, not that it would've made much of a difference since I haven't read her stuff yet.

THAT was a Great story.
The big bad Dom falling for his sub.
The book was also used to set up the series.
The sex was hot, the scenes were well thought out.
The plot was different as well.
Deff recommend this book, and can't wait to read about Jake and Adam.....

Really 4.5 I didn't love it but it was really good. Older heroine who was overly naive. Hero is a secret mercenary under cover. The action was good and so was the sensuality. Solid romance. Great relationships with other characters who I'd love to read more of.

The hero is this book was entirely too feminine for me. He would say things like "she is a lovely widow......" or "your breast are gorgeous..." It just came across as odd to me. I still enjoyed reading it. He was just not tough or rough enough for me.
