umm, I am still grappling with why I stayed up to confirm what I suspected. I was underwhelmed, but hell if I don't feel intrigued and compelled to read part two, at least to find out about the vengeance.

I did not expect that twist!
When I picked this up it was on a recommendation for a darker MC romance. I knew it wasn’t going to be light and fluffy, it definitely hit that darker mark and I loved it. I still can’t decide if Grizz is a good guy or a bad guy. I have so many mix emotions with for him. Maybe he’s both. I would definitely recommend this story for someone who wants a gritty story. I look forward to grabbing the next book in the trilogy.

An amazing story that is so well told. Only complaint: not a fan of one of the final plot twists.
