AWESOME BOOK
Wow did it take me forever to finish this one. I probably would have given up except that a friend saw me reading it and said we should compare notes. There was so much promise in terms of the idea for the book, but it was tedious, overly-detailed and the so-called love story was not believable at all. I just was not feeling the love or any other emotion, really. It was all kind of dry and boring in the end.
I truly enjoyed this book and am heading out...braving the Christmas madness to pick up the second book in this trilogy...I think my holidays are going to full of creatures!!
