The Gray Man series is tense, suspenseful , and thoroughly enjoyable for fans of political intrigue and espionage. BACK BLAST can be read as a stand alone, but I would recommend reading the novels in order to get the backstory of Court Gentry, CIA operator extraordinaire. Mark Greaney offers more character development in his latest (#5) novel in the series. The pacing is intense and tightly woven and the complex storyline is riveting with a thrilling climax.
A solid 4.5 stars. I’m really enjoying this series. The story development from book to book is very good. This is an important series to read in order I think. I can’t recommend this book and series enough!
Another great Gray Man book. Learned so much about his backstory, and finally about the shoot on sight. Can’t wait to start the next book! This is an amazing series. Recommend every one so far.
A riveting account of how the grey man clears his name. After being hunted for six years court gentry has come "home" to clear his name and find out why he is being hunted by the people he is sworn to protect. There are several close calls in this book and the entire book is filled with page turning action. The last pages read like a spy novel filled with black ops action. This is easily the best of the series and we get a good preview of what mr greaney is capable of producing.

My favorite Gray Man book so far. I am so glad I did not give up on this author. Just terrific!
Hope Mark Greaney can keep the series alive. I give this novel a 4.5 rating.
