What Members Thought
"The Patriot" is an interesting read, if somewhat predictable. The bad guys are always Muslim extremists. Well-meaning Muslim moderates become victims, usually of their own people. The hero can't get along with his employer, and his love-life stays in the toilet. It seems that Brad Thor leans a little bit further to the right with each book. Thor's hero, Scot Harvath is a bit more cerebral and a little less trigger-happy in this one; but, the action still moves at his usual breakneck pace. Inter
