Not a review as such, just some thoughts...
Finished this last night. Good ending.......... but it seemed to me that the ending was a little rushed. I have noticed that in a couple of books I have read there seems to be a fair amount of build up and the final scene is over within a couple of pages. Not a complaint, it's just something I have noticed.
The book...... Good story, scenes and it paves the way for the next in the series. Not sure if this directly leads onto the original 'first' book, or ...more

A great second book after a nice opening book. I had never read Flynn before and I was looking for a new author to read since the number of books I was reading in a year had risen. I had decided to try a couple of others, but I really liked his first book so I decided on reading the second before continuing my quest to find a new author. I'm certainly glad I did. In the first book we find out how they created Mitch Rapp. In the second book, we find out how truly dangerous he is.

Loved this second book in the series even more than the first.
Another fantastic book by Vince Flynn. He nows how to drive the action forward and keep you on the edge of your seat. I'm not the kind of guy that blows stuff off to read fiction, or stays up late into the night reading, but this book had me doing both. Great book. Well worth the time to read.

By far my favourite of all Flynn's work. The story was strong and kept me turning pages to the point where I did not want to put it down.
