An old enemy tries to kill John Wells and ends up hitting his girlfriend Exley. So American agent, John Wells, goes on the hunt for Pierre Kowalski, but ends up learning of a theft of a Russian nuclear facility. A little too much technical explanations of nuclear bomb making.
My first book by Berenson. Not as good as Vince Flynn or Brad Thor or Daniel Silva, yet it's different for a change. Perhaps this is not the best of his books, but it's not bad. ...more

Once again John Wells is called upon to save the United States from an attack. Somehow terrorists have stolen 2 nuclear warhead from Russia and are attempting to set them off during the State of the Union. Non-stop action across the globe, another good effort from Berenson.
This was a good book, but by no means a great book. Also a rather disappointing ending to it.
Really enjoying this series. Seeing life through the eyes of a soldier/spy. The good and the bad.
