What Members Thought
I gave this book 3 stars bacause the dialogue between the main characters was horrendous, even for a book written almost a century ago. Ernest Hemingway was very descriptive about the war and the scenery and you could see what he was describing. He had 1st hand knowledge of WWI and he was an ambulance driver like the main character in the book. I really liked the war storyline, but the romance just left me flat
