Hm, this book was good but the plot was...weird. I'm not really into vampires either but I went against my better judgement and read it. The storyline is that a former "vampire queen" became human again after an ancient ritual where Rhode, the vampire she was in live with, sacrifices himself for her. Then she falls in love with this guy but her past comes back to haunt her.
