Ok... There was a lot going on in this book between all of the different characters. I loved it!
I feel like the plot has leapt forward and now we are going to get into some really crazy stuff with Sookie. Higher stakes! (pun intended)

I liked the politics of the Vamps coming into play and all of the new characters were interesting. I feel like Amelia being Sookie's new roomate will be amusing.

Sookie is off to another adventure, and boy, the girl sees far too much action and hurt all in a matter of days. I winced every time she suffers another bite, bruise, scrape, etc.

I have feeling there must be a novella between this book and the previous full-length novel, but I'm too lazy to look for it, so I just started this one.

I enjoyed this one for then the last Sookie book I read. We got to meet Quinn and I enjoyed him as well as all the ups and downs he and Sookie went through. I'm a little sad at getting this far in the series...it means I don't have very many left to read! ...more
