WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD
Oh Sookie...... sigh. What am I going to do with you and your man issues... that I feel haven't even really started yet, as I'm only on the 5th book in the series. ::smacks forehead::
The plot in this one was predictable, but fun. I liked getting the inside scoop on werewolf politics.
I wish Eric was in it more. Bill just needs to die already. HUFF! Alcide is a fucking idiot. Seriously I wish Sookie would rip him 5 new assholes... verbally of coarse. :) Sookie also needs to ...more

I found this book seemed to drag for me. Maybe the last book was so good that there was no way this one could compare. Still enjoyed it and have found this to be one of my new favourite series.

I upped my rating to 4 stars. I seemed to enjoy this installment more the second time around. I couldn't remember too much about 'whodunnit' so it was interesting to try and solve the mystery along with Sookie.
