What Members Thought
I've become a huge Kim Harrison fan. I've read several of her Rachel Morgan books and I enjoy every one. This book gets into her complicated relationship with the demon "Al". I had read a later book, "Black Magic Sanction" and it was interesting in this book to see how Rachel's arrangement with Al began. Unfortunately I've been reading these in just about reverse order. I can say though that they can stand on their own and readers who start in the middle of the series won't be disappointed.

I couldn't get through this book. In fact I didn't get far. Maybe I was just pissed that Kisten was gone. So I am moving on to the next one.
