I liked this one better than the first one. It was far more interesting than Covet. I could do w/o so many military flashbacks, but whatever. Jim and his boys did not disappoint. And, man, I really liked Isaac. Country men are my thang; good manners, and a southern drawl are sexy as hell to me. Can't wait to read her next book, Envy.

This was an enjoyable read but they don't move nearly as fast as a BDB book. I liked how to two main characters fell for each other pretty quickly. Jim and Devina were in fine form!
I'm looking forward to meeting our next hero as he made an appearance in the last BDB book! ...more
