I think this book is the one that will solidify me as a fan of the Brotherhood. As I stated in the review of the first book, I am a big "Dark" fan, but couldn't resist trying the Brotherhood out since I am out of "Dark" books to read. The first one was ok. However, this one is excellent. This book has depth and character and plenty of action to move it along. Another good story, Mary has to deal with a grave illness while Rhage has his curse to deal with and Mary is the only one that can keep him and his beast calm. The world building is very good and the characters are very well written. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
