2 stars for the quality of writing. Negative stars for the idea of this story as a “love” story. Others have said it so I won’t belabor the point, but this book is about an obsessive, flawed man who does not see or acknowledge his own vices(and neither does the author seem to see or acknowledge them), and hides them under the carpet in the name of “love”.
