This is one of those books that people seem to either love or hate, personally I loved it. It was an idea that has been written about before but I believe Cassandra Clare adds her own unique twists. I love her character Jace, (I think everyone who loves this series loves Jace) He is awesome. he is a bad boy who seems to always be in trouble, he needs no help finding it. I LOVED this book so awesome
I don't understand how people can NOT find this book interesting.
I mean,at first, I doubted its awesomeness coooz most books written third person are SOO BORING, but after starting, it was genuinely impossible to put down.
I mean it's got everything I could possibly want in a book;
1)It doesn't have stereotypical characters
2)A romantic love-triangle (not exactly the best one but still)
3)Fast paced action with mythical creatures
4)A TOTALLY HOT MAIN MAN!!!!
and 5)A dramatic relationship with that to ...more

It is really good! All though I HATE the ending of the first one, but I hear it get's better so I'm still reading them. I'm on the second one, City of Ashes now, but I'm only in the beginning. Even though I don't like the ending, I have to admit it is really well written. It is a favorite.

these books are one of my top 5 favourite and i'm so glad that my friend who dosen't care for books at all :( presured me into buying it because i had no books to read and i was spending ages in WHSmiths.
