Great book, and my favorite series. However, I am pretty tired of how generally unlikable Orson Scott Card seems to make most, if not almost all of his women characters. Novinha is plain annoying in this book, as is Qing-Jao. With Novinha basically MIA half this book after getting angry with Ender, only to realize she was wrong and admit it to Ender in the end? Just seemed like really terrible character development ...more

Not quite at the level of the first two books, but still a really fun read. Card is super creative and the science fiction is always interesting.
Note: This book is actually in two parts. A major story line is wrapped up in this book, but the rest is concluded in "Children of the Mind." ...more
