A was a great read of course, but I also really enjoyed several points of discussion that he made through out the book; namely, the idea that Peters Mother brought up about how important it is to have people in your life to be concerned for and to bring you grief. That was interesting to me. Another was the conversation with Bean and Carlotta about how you really need to have a purpose or a cause your serving in order to not be drifting and to be happy in life. I really enjoyed this book. The writing was pretty good and bean is always a great character. Although I did have a lot of trouble trying to relate the technology in Battle School to the technology on earth. It just didn't make sense. It was a different type of reading more on the side of political and military strategy which was pretty cool to read. I I think Bean is a great character and I'm looking forward to reading the other books in the Bean Series
