A "must-read" classic. Twain was certainly very good at spotting hypocrisy and offering scathing criticism. This was certainly more of a children's novel than Huckleberry Finn - and is the story of the perfect boyhood.

Four stars because of the fond memories I have of watching the TV series when I was young.
