I loved returning to this book that was a favorite when I was younger. Even though I knew how it was going to end, my heart still ached for Sarah and the atmosphere was still so gloomy. Enjoyed it on my 5th or 6th reread as much as I did when I was 10!
3.5 stars - not as good as The Secret Garden, but I certainly don't regret reading it.
