In a way, the hunger games trilogy prompts self reflection. what are we truly fighting for? are we fighting at all... for what's right?? what are we taking for granted? what do we really consider as good entertainment on our society? are we actually watching people suffer without giving life a second thought? who are the self absorbed capital people with glamour, layers of painted faces and superficiality? is it you? unbelievable to some; but people in this world are actually living a day to day ...more

I loved the entire trilogy! Mockingjay was the toughest to read, and I wondered where it was headed. But the emotional gamut was run and in the end I loved it. Audiobook is fabulous as well!

Although it is not my favorite from THG Trilogy, I still enjoyed it a lot. It is kind of sad, but at least the ending is not as bad as I thought it would have been. Spoiler...(The only thing I disliked was Prim's death.) ...more
