Treasure Island is an adventure novel by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson, narrating a tale of "buccaneers and buried gold". the first book I read on the kindle, but also my first read period of this classic novel. It was good fun and easy to dip in and out of, thereby being the perfect travel read. I enjoyed it very much and am now looking forward to the modern sequel Silver, likely after exams.
