What Members Thought
This book was part of the local library’s America Reads display, and I can see why it made the cut. It’s more than just a “young adult” book; it’s a literary classic. I’m not a fan of dystopian writing, but every now and then a book like The Giver makes you see yourself, your society, your way of life from a completely different angle.
