A sweet story of young star-crossed love that also manages to be creepy as hell.
Seriously, where were the YA books like this when I was in high school!!
Aside from graphic depictions of what it must be like to be chewed on by wolves, what upset me the most was the main character's parents. They were just awful! Not abusive, just criminally selfish, immature and neglectful. Not that I am a perfect parent myself, but I like to think I would at least know if my daughter were...you know...doing it wi

Well..it was good enough to read through the end, but not appealing enough, as much as it should be, to inspire me to continue reading the other sequels.

And they look like wolves (not man-like) when it's cold--only their eyes give them away, and then, only to humans who get close enough to look into their eyes. I love this book!! I couldn't put it down!!! I just finished reading it, I'm at work, and I've been sneaking chapters every chance I get. I couldn't help it! I really loved it! I loved how cheesy Sam was, with his poetry and songwriting. I just felt like the book drew me in right from the beginning and made me feel what Sam and Grace felt. I liked that she wrote from both their perspectives. I did find that they sounded very similar, too similar sometimes, but that might have been on purpose, sh ...more

When i first started this book i thought it might be one that i wasnt going to be able to get into. As i was reading it i thought i didnt like how Maggie changed from character to character, but as the story progressed i liked it. Then i thought i wasnt going to like it because it seemed it just was jumped into so fast, Sam was a wolf and then he was human and they were already laying on a bed making out. When the story got closer to the end it seemed almost drawn out.
All in all though i did lov
