Be forewarned, this is a book that pass inside of a video game, with game mechanics like HP and MP, a recurring status screen which shows the main character abilities, item inventory and other common MMORPG elements.
I think the author is american, but the writing feels like a translation from chinese, seens to be influenced a little by xianxia novels.

Great litrpg !
If you like litrpg, this book is a great place to start. I have read the authors other books and enjoyed them. However this novel is step above anything he has written before.
