SPOON!!!! Don't worry, you'll find out eventually as this humorous story unfolds. The basic premise seemed overused until you get further along and realize there is more to the story than you might think at first glance. Personally I was hooked from the beginning but in a genre overflowing with imitators sometimes it's hard to find something you're willing to spend time on. I've been on a LitRPG run as of late. Really fun genre to read, even the ones that sorta skirt around the main trope of the genre, the stat sheets and skill gains, which seems to be the case here.

Don't get me wrong, the story is interesting but by taking away a lot of the nostalgia that the genre brings to the table, it becomes just another fantasy book with a nothing to riches story. This is quite an engaging LitRPG book. Sadly, the characterization and plot is not really up to standard and the novel devolves into a typical overpowered protagonist killing his way to success kind of story.
