After all the hype I was expecting a bit more of this book... guess I’m not easily shocked anymore, and I felt it dragged on a bit. But still a good one though

My last read of 2017.
I can't think of one single moment in which I was bored while reading this book. I'm a huge thriller fan so this book was perfect for me. I'll be checking more from this author, but not for now because this book left me utterly shocked and disturbed.

TW: torture, rape, extreme violence, strong language. If you're not comfortable reading about these kind of things, I wouldn't recommend the book.

Kassidi. Under The Radar Books.
The visceral response I had to this book was unexpected. My eyes watered, my stomach turned, my heartbeat skipped. She has a way with words leaving you wanting more, embarrassed that you’re listening to such attrition. Please Karin Slaughter GIVE. ME. MORE.
