This has to be one of the most messed up books I have ever read but I love Karin's writing style. This was the first book by Karin I've read and it definitely won't be the last.

5 stars. This was amazing and it is a hard hitting that really resonated with me. These are some important topics and don't let the fact that this is a suspense novel fool you. Slaughter is a new favorite author and I will be reading everything she has written. Review to come.

Good, but pretty gruesome!
This book was cray-cray. Be forewarned that this book has some very violent scenes. If that's something that you are sensitive to this may not be the book for you. I enjoy reading thriller and horror and this had elements of both so I really was able to enjoy it. I do, however, think that the story ran a little bit longer than needed to. The main characters were very well written, yet the supporting characters were easily forgotten. When the story did move fast, I found myself completely engross

A good read. Took me longer then normal to read. I could not read it at night. The images Karin gave were just to much for me some nights. I was on the edge of my seat the whole read.
