This is going down as one of my favorite fantasy friends to lovers romances. I loved how they come from two completely different races or species, and they come together through a marriage of convenience due to royalty politics. They start strong as friends and slowly grow in love with each other. I loved the world building, a nation of night is pretty cool, and lets not fail to mention that all the love scenes were steamy hot.
