Freyja is in a tough spot, running a small farm and looking after her ailing father when the unthinkable happens and the long feared dragon that lives in the nearby volcano steals the only ram they own. Most people would be absolutely terrified but knowing their livelihood is at risk something just snaps in Freyja and she goes up the mountain to take back her ram !

Great intro to series with dragon H, and interesting human heroine. Her community picked on her because she's different, and the H falls for her very quickly, and takes him some time to realise she's his true mate. There are many elements to the plot, seamlessly woven into their love story. It was great but I found the beginning a bit slow. It ramped up around 45% - and it was a great finish.
