What Members Thought
Katherine Dunn writes with tremendous verve and I get why people may be enamored of her work. This just didn't strike a chord or come at a time in my life when I may have needed such a story. Revel in the ugliness, if that's your thing. If, like me, it's not your thing, the exceptional writing at least keeps this book from being a waste of your time.
