Apparently stuff such as the above happens when you nose dive into a book blind, and what a welcome surprise it was to see the whole motley cast of characters back... and slowly expanding!! Squee!! I've missed this gang a lot.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, Max Monroe is topping themselves from the bottom! With each new addition to their list of works, somehow they just keep getting better and better. I'm not sure how its possible because their books are amazing to begin with. They've created a monster in this bookworm! I just can't get enough! Without a doubt they're at the top of my go-to list and sit among my favourite authors. Their brand on rom-com is addictive and succulent. It's finger lickin' good LOL. But seriously. It is. I have a heart on for it.

Set against the backdrop of one of my most favourite cities on earth EVER, Max Monroe have returned with a stellar beginning to a new docuseries focusing on a few of NYC's hottest Doctors at St. Jude's Hospital. Up first on the docket is Will Cummings, he's the head OB/GYN and none other than our Dr. OBscene!! He's hot, he's witty, he's armed with intelligence and due diligence... he definitely falls into the McDreamy category of Doctors. *drools* It's no wonder Melody falls fast and hard for him! With not having watched the tv series, she gets to meet and in turn fall in love with the read deal Will and not his jacked up, manwhore-ish tv persona.

This book, these characters and Max Monroe, they're simply everything I've come to expect in Rom-Com! Sit back, strap on a depends cause sh*t is about to get hilarious! Get ready to have your panties swooned off in this first installment in the St. Jude's Docuseries! It's off the charts incendiary!

5 Documentaries Aren't Always What They're Cracked Up To Be Stars!!!

I'm not going to lie, the day I turned the last page on Scoring Her the last book in the Billionaire Bad Boys Series I was truly upset that we had seen the last of the Boys and their Girls... I had laughed and cried and everything in between with Kline and Georgie, Thatch and Cassie and Wes and Winnie. But I shouldn't have underestimated the duo of Max Monroe!!

In this first book of St. Luke's Docuseries, we get to see our fa 5 Documentaries Aren't Always What They're Cracked Up To Be Stars!!!

I'm not going to lie, the day I turned the last page on Scoring Her the last book in the Billionaire Bad Boys Series I was truly upset that we had seen the last of the Boys and their Girls... I had laughed and cried and everything in between with Kline and Georgie, Thatch and Cassie and Wes and Winnie. But I shouldn't have underestimated the duo of Max Monroe!!

In this first book of St. Luke's Docuseries, we get to see our favorites once again as this story focuses on Will Cummings, Georgie's aka Gigi, brother and Melody Marco an unlikely pair, but in reality, not so much. Dr. Will is an Ob/Gyn and works at St. Luke's and there's a 12 week documentary being filmed about him as they follow him around the hospital. Well it's not exactly what anyone was expecting and this is where all the shenanigans begin!

Melody has moved back to New York after her relationship goes kaput and that's putting it nicely. Her mother a true Yenta is all up in her business and arranges a job interview for her as a nurse in Will's practice. What Mel doesn't know she's getting into though sets the stage for a few misunderstandings, some sarcasm that had me rolling and finding the greatest love of her life...but I digress.

As the docuseries rolls along, the way Dr. Will is portrayed had me rolling. I felt bad for him in that he really isn't St. Luke's equivalent of Dr. McDreamy, but it certainly got him some attention, and not always in a good way. Especially from the nurse in charge of his office Marlene! This woman had me busting out with some of her looks, responses and overall attitude about Will, Melody and the TV show.

As Melody works closer and closer with Will, their attraction cannot be stopped. There's a connection between them that I think even astounds them. The fact that Mel hadn't seen the first couple of episodes of the show I think helped her see who Will REALLY is. At one point, she even admits to herself they're on fire....

"Our attraction was almost visible. It could be seen and felt and tasted all around us."

I just kept flipping the pages getting more and more engrossed in their story while alternately fanning myself and wiping my tears away from laughing. It's not all roses for our H/h pretty much thanks to the now nefarious show. These two have some major bumps to get over. Add to this our doses of my favorite couples, and I'm in book heaven!!!

This book is such a fun read. It's got the humor that I've come to expect from these authors, the steamiest sex out there, Will really is all swoony and will do anything for Mel just to make her happy and the lengths he goes to just proves that he's really NOT at all how that show makes him look. This is absolutely another winner from this duo and I can't wait to see what happens in Dr. ER!!! ...more

I can always depend on Max Monroe to provide a story that funny and filled with characters that I love. As an extra bonus to Will and Melody's story it also includes my favorite characters from the Tapping the Billionaire series. ...more

Another great story from Max Monroe. This is Will Cummings' yes, Georgia's brother, and Melody's story. She's a nurse he's a hot doctor whose hospital has been turned into a television show. The source of some of the problems in their relationship and in his life more generally.

It's all the usual you'd expect, corny/funny jokes from the team, steamy sex, heartfelt romance and a good dose of humour. And of course a Happy Ending. Also, an opportunity to catch up with Thatch and Cassie, Georgia and ...more

Nobody does Romantic Comedy like Max Monroe!
Max is an automatic "one click" from me.
Dr. OB was the perfect blend of hilarious and swoon.
Will and Melody are absolutely adorkable!! I fell in love with them immediately.
All of the supporting characters are fantastic too!
