What Members Thought
I have been and still am at times the tedious white person that the author describes. The cure is to read and listen to voices like hers and to try to do better. A major takeaway for me is that we should take action in our personal and professional lives, instead of just broadcasting on social media. It’s more difficult, there is no spotlight, and the impact is more substantial.
