fantastic. at least as good as New Moon, if not better. i made a point to go into town a couple of days before to ask them to hold a copy for me. and they did. they hadn't even stuck them on the shelves before i was there to collect mine. on the day it came out. i'm such a loser.
The Host was amazing beyond words. seriously, i don't do speechless, but i almost am. the only time i've been more speechless was watching PoA (and that was for the complete opposite reason). that ugly stupid...thing. it ...more

So far I am REALLY liking this book. At first it was a struggle to get into (partly b/c I was wanting the book to morph itself into "Breaking Dawn" and for Edward to suddenly appear :) But once I got into it...I REALLY Got into it. I really love the love story so far b/c it is not predictable in any way and very complicated in ways that make it thought provoking. I have about 15 more chapters...long book with 60 chapters. Anxious to know the ending solutions. :)

Melanie gets captured and a host named Wanderer is placed inside her. This is a story of the love shared by the host and Melan

Ok... so this book was really hard to get into at first, but I made myself continue on because I love her other books. I am very happy that I didn't give up on this book. I think about the first third took me forever to read, but then once it picked up, I was hooked. I wasn't totally addicted to the characters in this book like I was with the Twilight series, but this story grabs you and holds on. It gave a very interesting perspective on what it is like to be human from the viewpoint of someone
