I’m not sure what took me so long to finally start this series. But I’m glad I’m finally here. Can’t wait to continue this series. This story is a dark romance so this story line isn’t for the faint of heart, make sure you read the TWs before diving into this book.

I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. At first I couldn't understand why any girl would want to be a chosen but as the story went on I got it. I think Blake and Ryat were a great match. Ryat's whole world for 3 years is the LORDS but once he gets a chance to pick a chosen the story changes. He changes and the unexpected happens. I know this book is a series so I think I will see what happens next. This is a new author for me and so far I really like Shantel Tessier. Great job on an in ...more
