Being a psychotherapist I was intrigued by the author’s knowledge of mental illness and the fact of how seriously screwed up some therapists are. Yes, it is true there are only a few therapists who actually embrace intuition when dealing with emotional energy fields associated with their patients.

I enjoyed this book because I was completely surprised by the ending. I enjoy mysteries that I can't figure out and this one kept me guessing. I could not figure out why Alicia would not talk but the ending really pulls it all together for me. Theo was very disappointing to me at the beginning of the story but I come see what a very screwed up individual he is because of his past. The abuse that is done to children rarely completely goes away even when people work hard to get past it as Theo did ...more

I almost didn't read this book because of some of the negative reviews, I'm so happy I decided to give the book a chance! It was a real page turner, I stayed up all night until I finished the book. The shocking ending made it so worth the read. It was not at all what I guessed! There's so many possible guilty suspects but you don't find out the real guilty person and who the victim actually is until the end. ...more

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible this book was. It’s a must read for anyone who loves mystery, suspense, and a book that is literally impossible to put down once started. The plot twist at the end completely blindsided me and had me sitting in silence for minutes with my jaw wide open…PLEASE READ THIS BOOK!!! You will not regret it.
