It doesn't tell us much that is new. But after reading this book, I'm going to work on my praise file and on maintaining a log book. The book motivates and inspires. I like the fact that it is brief and to the point.

This book is a great quick read, that I would recommend to creative types and noncreative types alike. Everyone should read this book.
