*This would have been the last selection of the IWSG book club for 2021 with the focus on voice.*
The voice in this book is quite strong. Without knowing where the story is taking place, what anything or anyone looks like (except that Sam is pretty), one is drawn into this story as Charlie tells it in the form of letters. It also shows his intelligence and depth of emotion while being to-the-point.
