It wasn't till I read it "again" that I realised I'd not read it before, only seen the wonderful film adaptation.
I didn't just read this, I devoured it. Harper Lee has such a voice - clear, distinctive and truly mesmerising. There is so much in this book that is powerful, so much to emulate.

I took so long time to complete this one.I liked the rusty theme and smell of Maycomb county but as every other review I could not say I was licked with wisdom after reading itm. I loved the characters, their introspection in the plot, I can see life-line words that pull out the scout inside us.. but what people talk about making sense...I'm not there yet. Maybe I should reread, I feel it's worth it.
