This book is breathtakingly beautiful! It is so wonderfully written that I will definitely be going back to visit it again and again! I got this book in my monthly Indie Book Connect box! I honestly feel like giving it 5*'s is just not enough. This book is about a heroic journey between Edmund Cade (Cade) and Tal Kellyn (Kelly). Kelly has no idea about the truth of his history and gets it in bits and pieces as he starts to discover that he has powers. This was a beautifully written (and illustrated) box about the tale of Kelly, a young Raphim who is unaware of who he really is and his destiny to help those around him. The way his story line intertwined with that of Cade's, his protector, was truly masterful. This book was easy to read and completely drew us in. However, it was also one that we had to completely appreciate as fellow authors! Well done!
