Maloof was a professor at Salisbury State and shares her love and knowledge of eastern US old growth forests. Much info on the differences between true old growth and 100 to 150 year old forests. Made me want to get out a experience old growth. Kind of a Hidden Life of Trees for here and includes all of the forest Life.
