Aesthetic Experience.
Politics and scams dominates the plot in this book for most of the time. We get inside the heads of different ruling parties and discover the twisted side of them.
Less action compared to the first one but still very gripping. Two instances where the scenes were vivid and terrifying.
The build up was great and the ending was just marvelous.

Excellent.
what the frigging hell!!!!
This book was the complete package, intrigue, suspense, and loads of political drama.
Gosh! I really missed Kelsier, but Orseur ( Or better to call him Ten Soon) completely filled his absence. Character development was one of the major edge of this book.
I loved the journey, the world-building ( esp. Koloss and Deepness) and as always the amazing writing.
It was way more action-packed and engaging than The Final Empire.
Sazed - I love this guy!! Seriously!!!

Elend y Vin son buenos protagonistas ...more

The first 2/3rd of the book definitely suffered from "second book" syndrome but was definitely important for the progression of the plot. Still all the praise to Brandon Sanderson. Once 2 characters figured their 'stuff' out things got better in my opinion. The last 1/3rd of the book I was on the edge of my seat. Sanderson is a master of word, plot, character, magic system, everything! Can't wait for the next one! A Brandon Sanderson addict for life!! ...more
