This was wonderful book to read. I liked Bartimeus especially his sense of humor and dryness. The book was fun to read and paced and the characters well thought out. the frustration of Kitty and her feeling of injustice was very well written and the interaction between Bartimeaus and Kitty I liked. The blight opinion of Bartimeus about his master became clear at the end of the book. Overall I loved it and will continue to read Johnathan Stroud because I like his style of writing.
