I flew in support of this treaty for the last three years. I've had this book for most of that time, but only now that I'm finished with my job there, did I take the time to read it. The book was published in April 1999, about three years before the treaty Entered into Force (EIF). Now, more than ten years after EIF, the various partner nations have flown over 1,000 observation flights.
