What Members Thought
This is an entertaining story about school pets. They are given anthropomorphic characteristics and the main character, Malcolm, even communicates with humans.
The story reminds me of the According to Humphrey series by Betty G. Birney, but much darker and for a slightly older age group.
We selected this book for our girls' local library book club and it was a fun, fast read. Great for summer reading.
