All things Cease to Appear, by Elizabeth Brundage
I really, really enjoyed this book. Some reviewers have complained that the novel was slow-paced, but I could barely stand to do anything else while I was reading it. Normally I would have rated All Things Cease to Appear a five star read, but the lack of quotation marks throughout the novel was extremely irritating. (What’s wrong with using punctuation?! ) I also thought the ending was wrapped up a bit too neat and tidy for my taste. Those issues ...more
