What Members Thought
Set text for ENGL420, and damn, set texts can actually be things you really enjoy reading. Whilst at times I felt like there were too many strands running through it, the characters and the measured balance of family life were really well drawn, and it deals with themes of freedom and punishment in a really original and eye opening way.
A great read. Enjoyable sequel to Dreamhunter.
Loved the way the characters were developed and the story told. Nice challenges to conventional understandings of time and place.
