After reading Hunted i was beginning to loose interest in this series, but Tempted has sparked my interest once again. When i began reading i was a little bit annoyed over the change in the way the book was set out. I didn't think i'd like having the chapters in various characters POV's (no longer just in Zoey's) but i did, i really did.

First off let me just say that I thought this whole series was good and I can't wait to read the next book. Now on to the review. This book was awesome I don't want to give to much away but the ending was the best cliffhanger that I have read in a long time and I can't wait to find out what happens next. Yes the ending made me cry and my heart broke for Zoey. I even like Aphrodite more now than before. If you want to know what happens I highly reccomend you reading the series. ...more

Three stars for Tempted, well the epilogue won the third. I'm seriously considering if I will continue reading the House of Night series. I'm starting to dislike Zoey. The character is more self-centered than ever, with all her emotional issues and guy issues. The story should shift to another character.
Not everything is lost for this book. Stevie Rae has an interesting plot line. I would like to see more of her in the future of this series. ...more

I was really expecting to hate this book. I had heard some really horrible reviews and just waited to borrow it from a friend. I love what they did with the storyline in this book. I'm so glad that while they didn't change the character entirely, they found a way to push out all the boy drama that was basically the entire story in the last couple of books. The ending also leaves me craving Burned, so job well done, ladies! ...more
