This was a beautiful novel. I picked it up as part of a book list that asked us to read a book on Judaism. I'm not sure what I expected but this wasn't it. It's a tale told in two time periods by the same woman. It starts when she is 85 and is clearing out her house to move into a retirement community. She stumbles upon a clue about her twin sister that has been missing since they were 18.
