I bought this book without knowing anything about it, just because it was the most sold book from the last semester. It feels like an spiritual sequel to Gone Girl, almost feels like a carbon copy in some parts, but I think is just the new trend among writers and their love with the word Girl on the title.

Took me a while to get to The Girl on the Train; I'd wanted to finish it before the film came out, and didn't quite manage that, but really felt like the story would be spoiled if I didn't wait. I finished it tonight; it wasn't a difficult read at all. I like books where you get roughly the same storyline told from 3 different perspectives.
